There might be one at MATY or MTS2. (More Awesome Than You or Mod the Sims 2). If not, you could try creating your own and just have him or her learn cooking skills until they reach the level you want. Sorry. That sounded snotty. What I meant was, just give that person cooking skills, nothing else, and then treat him or her essentially as an NPC. Knowledge sims like to sit and study. Or you could create a mate and make him or her a romance sim. Lots of woohoo should keep them in the mood to skill.
mod the sims 2 Merola's Multi Painting does what you want and a whole lot more... You have to join the site to have access to the downloads but it's free.
there is one, using boolprop First and formost, bewarned that if used improperly boolprop can wreck havic on you game, don't click on anything if you don't know what the consequences will be. While in the neighborhood screen view, do ctrl+shift+C. This will bring up the cheat typing bar near the top. Type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotes of course. Then go into the houshold which has the sim you wish to change. Click on that sim and then go to their job sections where it displays the skills. Now if you click on any skill, let's say cooking, and drag your mouse near the top, the little blue bars will fill up, like they just earned that skill. This does NOT give them the memory of maxing out that skill however. Unless you have them studying cooking at the time. Then it tricks the sim into thinking that they just earned that skill point by reading the book, or cooking, or watching the cooking station on the TV, whichever they are doing at the time. You can do this with all the skills. This also applies to personality points, relationship bars, and to their needs as well. Kind of nifty if you want to keep someone just awake long enough to finish eating their dinner before passing out, or if you just need that toddler to stay asleep till mom is fully rested! I found it works nice to be able to potty train a toddler in one sitting as well, just keep dragging the bladder bar down until he/she is potty trained, then up to the top and it's on the learning how to walk! Anyway, when you are done manipulating the sim, ctrl + Shift + C type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false" to turn it off. Note: this only works this way if you are in the neighborhood screen when you turn the boolprop on. Or if you turn it on in the house, exit the lot, or go to a community lot, and when you return you'll be able to do that again. One last warning, don't mess with boolprop if you're not sure what you're doing. This is your last warning, you and you alone will be responsible for what happens if you do something I have not advised you to do here.
I second SuiteMichelle - Merolla's Multi-Painting will do what you want...And it looks nice with just about any decor!
