how do i delete a wall i am a new sims user so i am going to ask a very simple question how do i get rid of a wall. because i am not allowed to buy anything bucause the fire coad is up or something. and another question while i am on the typoc what is the fire coad?
Are you in the right forum? Normally, in the Sims2 PC game you hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse to remove a wall. However, I've never heard anything about a fire code which is why I ask which game forum you want to be posting your question to.
If something in your house is on fire the build and buy tools are disabled. If they're not disabled you can delete a wall by holding down Ctrl and using the wall tool to "erase" the wall the same way you'd build it.
OK, that's why we PC players were confused. I don't play on the Xbox and am not familiar with how it goes. they have the fire cade in the Sims 2 for the PS2 too, it's just a stupid thing the developers came up with to make it so that you can't put too many objects into you're house - to delete a wall i think you push one of the shoulder buttons or something, but what do i know i'm xbox illiterate - that just is how it works with the ps2
