Can't start the game The intallation was fine. After it intalled I put disc 1 back in the dvd drive the Sims 2 logo appeared on my desktop then crashes with an error message please help thanx

Is everything on your computer--drivers, patches, etc.--is up to date? Did you get the TS2 patch at http://www.thesims2.com? Did you ensure that your computer meets the minimum requirements for TS2? Sorry, just making sure -John
