Troubleshooting Can not loacate cd.rom or insert right disk

    Can not loacate cd.rom or insert right disk

    This is NOT a cloned c.d I bought it from a store.... it was loading and working just fine a week ago and today... I been getting this message... it won't even reconize the c.d help please:confused:

    yeh i think my boyfriend installed something.. but I am not 100 percent sure

    he just unstalled it and it is still doing the same thing:(

    Hmm...and did you restart your computer after he uninstalled? Also could you post up your system specs too :)

    I'd also like to see the indepth error message as well :)

    it was our cd burner the whole time it burnt out... i went out and bought a new one and it works:)

    Ah! Thanks for reporting back the issue :). I'm really surprised it was your CD Burner burning out.
