One is so that people can get the "holiday" stuff *and* TS2. The other is for people who already have TS2 and just want the "holiday" stuff. I believe they are re-releases from last year. I'm glad that they're going to do that. I didn't get the holiday pack last year because I don't tend to do "holiday" stuff for my Sims. However, I found that some of the download creators used things from the Holiday pack as their "mesh" so they didn't show up in my game. (Which made for a very sad Kat.) Needless to say, I'm getting it this year!
