Crashing to desktop before full screen I just bought the sims 2 the install was fine but when i tried to start it the title screen shows for a moment then crashes to desktop. I've tried disk defragmenter and cleanup and have reinstalled the game many times View attachment 4915 my system is Dell Inspiron 9300 Intel Pentium M 2.00Ghz Processor XP Media Center 2005 1.00GB ram 128MB ATI Mobility radeon X300 SigmaTel C-Major Audio sound device DirectX 9.0 If anyone has any information about this problem please reply Thanx
never mind I figured it out it was my CD/DVD emulation/cloning software installed daemon tools I uninstalled it and the game works fine now maybe this will help other people Thanx for your help
