Save on C, can it be D?

I find it very annoying of the saves in My documents on C.
I got a pretty small C disk (just for windows), installing the Sims will bring down my C disk to 100 MB or about.
Is there a way to get these files on D? changing something in registry maybe?

I tried to find it here or on the official site, but MTS2 is where I finally found the most useful explanation for advanced install.

The thread title is: Moving the My Documents folder to another location

    You're welcome.

However, better you than me. While I'd like it if it was on my nonC: drive (my next drive being "F:" instead of D or E), I'm not fond of the hassles of moving the stuff.

I should hope so. It certainly puts it on the C: drive if you do a complete uninstall before you reinstall it. You might need to do a complete uninstall before following the directions for moving everything to D: though. (Since I've never done it, I don't know for 100%. But the person talking about it on MTS2 has done it, so I'd listen to them.)
