Skills and the Performance Meter Hi. I have a problem in the university part of the game.. I gained the needed skills, the ones surrounded with blue, but the Performance Meter didn't open. Um.. yeah. What could be the problem?
I think this could be an 'element' of the game, not a bug.. Because now I downloaded each and every patch, patched each and every expansion plus the game itself.. And when I started the game, everything seemed to be okay, the Performance Meter was all open to the top. But when I tried to do an Assignment, this kind of sound played (like the one when your mood decreases back to normal from the aspiration mood or smth) and the Meter decreased to point one. Um.. Could it not be a bug? Why does it decrease then, although my skills are fulfilled?
