University/Business Okay, 1) My university student wants to WooHoo in public? 2) How do I buy one of the booths that have cell phones and mp3's etc. for my store? 3) Is there someway you could buy a mailbox for your store? When you enter the cheat "Boolpro testingcheatsenabled true" and click on your mailbox, you can maximize your mood, I wondered if there's a way I can do that at my business without leaving? 4) My sims want to buy cellphones and they aren't in university? How do I do this? 5) Under the "Buy Catologue" there is a spot for vehicles. But there's nothing in the folder. How do you buy them?
I'm not sure about the first two, but for 3) by typing in "BoolProp testingcheats enabled true" in neighbourhood view, when you go back into the lot, you can literally drag the needs bar. Also, if you have nightlife, enter "MaxMotives" into the cheat box and you can get your needs bar full as well. Those are the alternatives for clicking on the mailbox everytime. 4) Also, with the boolprop cheat on, shift+click on the sim and there'll be options for you to "Give MP3 Player" and "Give Cell Phone". The sim doesn't have to be a university student. I'm not sure for number 5 because I don't have open for business and therefore I don't really know how the game works with it

When you're in build mode at a store, you need to put down one of the electronic kiosks that you can purchase...it sort of looks like the public phone booth. 3) Is there someway you could buy a mailbox for your store? No way to buy a mailbox, but you could always start it as a home lot and then use the lot zone cheat. Search the forum to find out how to change the lot zone as I've never used it personally and I'm not sure the exact typing of the cheat. Or without using boolprop cheat on, download Merola's Multi Painting instead and put it in all your community lots...works great for the home lots as well! 4) My sims want to buy cellphones and they aren't in university? Just place a kiosks down in a regular community lot outside the university, in your main neighborhood. 5) Under the "Buy Catologue" there is a spot for vehicles. But there's nothing in the folder. How do you buy them? Do you have nightlife? Cars came with nightlife. If you do, then perhaps you have a download conflict, I'd suggest going through your downloads if that's the case and trying to see if removing your downloads causes them to appear in that buy section.
