SIMS2 Holiday Edition Good morning all, I need some help. Santa deliverd to my daughter The Sims2 Holiday Edition and I'm having problems installing it. The latest expansion that my daughter has is Sims2 Pets and when I try to install Holiday Edition I get a message that I'm using an incorrect version of SIMS2 and that I should be using SIMS2 pets instead. I dont get it, what may I be doing wrong Please help, thanks.
Did you get the Sims2 Happy Holiday Stuff? Or the Sims2 Holiday Edition. The happy holiday stuff was only $20.00 compared to the full price of the holiday edition. There is a big difference. If she already had the base game then you would have wanted to buy Happy Holiday Stuff. The Sims2 holiday edition is a full base game plus the "stuff" added in. If that's the case then unfortunatly you did buy the wrong game and it won't install over the base.
