my sim won't get out of the car I am playing university and I had my sim go downtown. The loading screen came up, but the cab ended up in front of the dorm. Now I can't get my sim to get out of the car. I can't see my simt through the car window, though I can see his date. I can't quit the game either. Anyone know what I can do? I've tried everything I can think of.
Do you have open for business? That was one of the problems with it. You're going to have to shut down your game without saving first of all. Use ctrl+alt+del and choose to end the game. Then, go here and download the patch for open for business. If you don't have open for business make sure your game is updated as well with the most current patch for your expansions.
Thanks for the advice. I actually tried waiting it out for awhile on triple speed, and they got out of the cab after a few sim days for no apparent reason.
