    How do i get sims to love each other?

    as above...
    The couples aspiration are both romance, their having a baby together and are married but the heart in relationships still says it is a crush :confused:

    There isn't room for the red heart and the wedding rings. If they're married and their relationship scores are doing well (70+) they're in love, don't worry.

    Yup, when they get married the red heart is replaced by the wedding ring. :)
