know how to get career rewards back? well, i'm really new to the game and even newer here, my first post anyways, i had y sim move into a larger house after be promotted to judge in the political career. as i moved i figured i'd be able to get my career reward back as with everything else i'd just buy back, but nope, guess i was wrong. i was ablet o buy everything i needed again, including the aspiration awards, but i can't get back the career reward, even after getting the promotion to the senate. now, it would be nice to get it back so i can get that last point in charisma without hvaing to spend an even longer time in front of the mirror so i can become the mayor of SimCity. thanks in advance for any help.
If you have nightlife there is a cheat you can use to get it back. Open the cheat box by holding down ctrl + shift + C at the same time. Now type: unlockCareerRewards . The sim you have selected should now actually have ALL the career rewards available to him/her. I'm not positive; but that might also work with Open for Business and Pets if you don't have nightlife as those were released later. If you only have the base game or the base plus University that cheat probably won't work...but feel free to try it anyway! The only other option would be for your sim to quit his/her job and then get a job back in the business track again to get the reward back.
well, thanks for the attempt. all i have is the base game, the holiday edition rather, and that cheat doesn't not work work. thats fine, i'll just stand in front of the mirror fora while for that last charisma point.
