Depends on the "hack" you install. If it's just a plain hack that modifies the behavior then you don't need to do anything. If it's a hacked object then you'll need to find that object in your buy folders and purchase it for your sims. Then you can click on it for different options. Also, please refrain from bumping your own thread for at least 24 hours. We are not a big forum so it takes us a while to respond sometimes.
