Help me please!!!! I have successfully installed the game onto my computer but it wont play! I get an error report that says the sims 2 has encountered an error and needs to close. then it asks if I want to send an error report. I have updated my driver and tried to reinstall several times. My hardware is fine I am stumped at what the problem is. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful!
Even though you say your hardware is "fine" doesn't mean that it is. Please state your specs as per the FAQ for this site. Sometimes things that "should" work, are not supported or have weird glitches that have to be worked around.
That happened to me once, bue I had too much downloads. Once I deleted them, the game went fine again (c: documents/eagames/thesims2/downloads)
