I purchased it. Not for me tho. for my mother, she likes the sims 2 very much and her lappys a bit bleh!! so I got her life storys!
No, I haven't. I haven't heard of it until now, but unfortunately I'm going through a video gaming withdrawl. :\
Wow mr.music my mom would be proud of you for buying your mom a game. No i havent bought it and im not planning on it in the future. Saving up for Seasons.
Nope, I didn't get it. And I don't plan to. There's nothing in there that I haven't seen/done before, and I don't have a laptop either. The only way I'd get it is for the same reason Mr. Music did, as a gift. It'd be a nice way to introduce "The Sims" to people who haven't experienced it before.
The Sims 2 Stories line are scaled down versions of The Sims 2 original, but instead of the open-endedness of The Sims 2, Stories is basically as the title suggest, a story lines and plots.
I examined the box at Target and wow it felt so light! But I'm able to run Sims 2 + expansions all the way to Pets on this laptop, so I don't need one that's laptop friendly. The IM feature sounds cool though. I could talk to my boyfriend and play Sims at the same time without using two computers.
No. Don't really intend to either. I didn't even know it existed until I saw it in a shop on the weekend. Had a look, didn't look like I was missing anything, so I put it back. Cass.
If I wanted a "scaled down" version, I'd go back to playing TS1. However, fortunately I have a good computer which runs TS2 just fine!
I've considered getting it but in the long run I probably won't since TS2 keeps me fairly occupied as it is
I didn't play any of the Maxis-made families that came with the Sims 2, so I'm sure I wouldn't play any of the pre-made sims in Life Stories. Nope, I didn't buy it, and probably won't.
I have played the stories and i think they are very funny But i prefer to play with my own sims in TS2
