Nightlife Downloads Once I download things for nightlife like cars or other objects what folder do I put them into?
All downloads, no matter what the EP, go into the main TS2 downloads folder which you find in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2. With just TS2 you can't have subfolders within the download folder, but once you have any EPs, you can have subfolders within the downloads folders so that you can organize your stuff. But do not have subfolders within the subfolders or the game ignores them. Some things, such as the portion of the CEP which does go in downloads, should not ever go into a subfolder. However, everything else can, although you don't need to if you don't have much there. I have a huge downloads folder so I have organized mine so that I can find things easily and don't have duplicates. All "garage" things go into one folder, other types of recolors in another, with meshed items in yet another. I have many subfolders, but I have them grouped so that they're easily sorted. For things I'd be tempted to put in a subfolder within a subfolder, I just have the first part of the name the same as the full subfolder. For instance, I have Walls Floors general, Walls Floors Terrain paint, Walls Floors Egyptian, Walls Floors projects, etc. The clothes are labeled things like Clothes Female Adult Youngadult, Clothes Male Adult Youngadult, Clothes Female Elder, Clothes Male Elder, Clothes Toddler, etc.
