sims promoting as managers..? hi im just new in playing this game, and I don't know how to have a manager in my business. anyone can help me plss.
When you have more than one employee you can promote one to manager. The option appears in the Management options when you click on an employee. Managers are rather useless. They cannot stock made items (like toys, robots, flowers) while the owner is not there. They always reassign other workers while your not there, setting gold badge cashiers to restocking and gold badge stockers and selling you stock at cheap prices so you lose money hand over fist.
Also, you can't promote a sim to a manager until they have 5 levels of talent badges. That can be combined however you want... Gold = 3 Silver = 2 Bronze = 1 They can have one gold and one silver badge and be a manager, or five bronze badges to be a manager, doesn't matter. But until they hit the magic level of 5 then the option to promote to manager will not be there.
