Yeah, go figure. A reprobate like me has plenty of stars. That's what happens when you post 5,000 times. (Hey, I used to have a lot of free time. My job really sucked. Nowadays I'm a bit busier.)
I find it awkward that I have more blotches than SBW, hugz, flamey, Lynet, shana, person123 and people. Just because I won that contest. As she said, she has over 5000 posts and I just topped 200. Arg
Just convince more people to give us the rep points then! There are a lot of times where I think..."hmm, I really went out of my way to help that person and not even a thank you!" Oh well, it's what we're here for! Or maybe Josh just needs to have more contests....
I've always wondered how on earth people manage to get red boxes. Like, what did they do to get that? :shocked: ... Must be some baad stuff :cheeky: Teehee...
People get red boxes for being rude, off topic, or otherwise just bad. If someone clicks the "I Disapprove" selection in the reputation category, the reputation goes down. If it really dips low? It goes red. Red shows the deepest disapproval for someone's posts.
I have dis-reputed a couple of users in the past whose stupidity exceeded my legendary patience. The last victim was the bozo who double-posted in two different forums threads. (That's 4 different threads each containing the same content ... only the titles were changed. I blotted his rep because double posting is bad but not inexcusable but quadruple! Gimme a break. )

Yeah, I was going to ask that as well, lol! I'm having this "problem" as well, that quite a few of my rep points that people have given me are gray in my CP and not green What do the gray boxes mean? They obviously do nothing to my rep, as it's still gray...
