Couple Quick Questions 1. I am having a bit of problems keeping the money in the family. The best way i see to do it is have a child, sent them to college, play them in college, then move them back into the family household that they started in and just wait for the parents to die off? is there a better way to keep the money in the family? 2. 1. If you're not opposed to downloads: JM at More Awesome Than You has a hack called money order. It looks like a pile of bills that you can actually have your sims purchase. With this unique hack they can select any other sim in your neighborhood and send money to them. When you play that other sim they will be that much richer. You can then have your parent sims "wire" the money to their children before they pass away if you don't want them living in the house. The sprinklers are automatic and will come on only when the garden needs watering...this prevents over and under watering. Just place them and leave them alone. But sometimes they do break and your environment will be in the red so just keep an eye on them. 3. I believe it's a combination of the property, house, possessions and actual cash. Only way to raise it is to keep earning money!
