The Clone Glitch One of the best glitches ever. I got Leaving Welfare and Ananda Shakya to fall in love because Leaving wants to quit work and tend tomatoes, and Ananda is a rich mad scientist. So that worked easily enough and then he moved in, bringing boocoo bucks. They were all kissy-lovey so they woohooed and went to sleep. I saved the game and went to sleep too! Today, here's what I find: Ananda still lives in his old house, with memories of woohoo and moving in with Leaving; Leaving still lives with her daughter Born alone, but has memories of woohoo and Ananda moving in; they still have all the money he brought, HE still has all the money he brought. And best of all, the covers of the bed still have invisible sleeping bodies under them! So I had Leaving call him, invite him over, and ask him to move in with her. Which he did. Bringing all the money again. Now we have double boocoo bucks. But Ananda is not a member of the household and is unplayable. He keeps doing things like trying to fix the computer, blowing himself up and walking around naked and soot-stinged and stinky. I'm going to try to invite him to move in again and see if I can get more money. Also, he got Leaving pregnant this time!
Hmm...if that move in doesn't work the third time, might wanna try combining the two households together from the neighborhood screen. I'm not sure if it'll get rid of all those bloated memories (in the long run it doesn't matter IMO), but at least they'd be moved in together. IF it works of course.
Though it is a glitch, I'm liking it. This time it looks like he's really moved in, but my poor family Leaving Welfare and her daughter Born Into (their father, Lifelong, died of starvation a while ago) went from dire poverty to wealth in a few hours. They were my can-a-teen-raise-a-child challenge, and it was successful, but Leaving's aspiration is to marry off six kids and I just couldn't see that happening on a dead-end minimum wage job. Even though my eldest son is trying it.
