Yeah but there's lots about how to ask for help, what information to give etc. Run a dxdiag (clicky) and maybe we'll see something to help ya with. Are you saying that the EA splash screen freezes in mid twirl?

Oh, ah, shoot. I'm thinking this is a CD drive error kinda thing. See if you can browse the game disc from My Computer ... y'know like see what's on it ....
