    Please help with Sims 2!!!!

Ok, first of all, thanks to all the people who are reading thing, and even bigger thanks to the people who can reply to this post :D
The thing is that I got the game like 2 years ago, downloaded the crack, and as we all know, the crack is s*it so I couldn't build :p, so I came up with this forum and realized that the crack was bad and downloaded the image file instead. I already had Daemon installed on my computer, so I knew how to use it. I did everything that was already said, but when I tried to run the game (no expansions), it closed or an error message appeared. when I opened the folder of the sims 2 (TSBin), I found two little files called "sims2Exception 2007.06.19 20.27.39" listing the date time and all. One of them was a text file and when opened, near the upper part said this:
    Exception module: C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll.
    Exception address: 0x77e5aafc. Section:Offset: 0x01:0x00019afc.

I tried to understand why did this thing appeared everytime I attempted to run the game, and came up with something that said that it was a problem with the service pack 2 of winxp, sadly, I have service pack 1, so I can't understand why all of this....
I only want to build!!!
If any of you know what is this thing and how can I solve it, hell, I would love you forever!!! :p
    Please!!

Easy, buy the game and download SP2, assuming your Window's copy is legal.

If you have a problem with a legal Sims2 game when/if you get one, then we'll be willing to help.
