Using Sims 2 on a labtop?

Ok, I haven't been on this forums for a LONG LONG LONG time. But now I am back. Well, I got myself a toshiba labtop, and I recently put Windows Vista on it. But thats not the point, well, should I put Sims 2 on it, that includes everything, like glamour, seasons, pets, etc. Will it go speedy enough? Or will something bad happen, and we all blow up and die? (Just kidding about that bad stuff part. And what is this stuff about RAM? What is it? And, where do I get more, and where do I put it on a labtop?

If you need anymore info, just ask. ;)

    EDIT

    I found out my specs

    It is a Intel(R) Celeron (R) M CPU 430 @1.73GHx 1.73 GHz

    Ram: 446MB

    32-bit Operating System

    EDIT!

    FOUND MORE SPECS!

The total amount of computer space on this labtop is: 74.2 gb
And I have 52.5 gb left.

I would definitely advise using a laptop, because labtops are only good for keeping the rain out of test tubes

Without knowing what the display adapter is I can't say how the game will perform, but the Celeron is gonna be pretty sucky even after allowing for the fact that laptops in general are poor at running the game.

Have you considered The Sims: Life Stories, which was designed with laptop users in mind?

You really need at least 1 GB of RAM with Vista. I have 1 GB of RAM and once a game is started it's all gone.

I am considering life stories. I think I might as well get it instead, now there is like over 100 dollers on sims down the drain.

No, it's not down the drain, so long as you have another PC that you have access to that meets the minimum requirements of TS2. ;) You could install it on that. :)
