Okay I am playing Sims2 Pets. I have a family, and the two adult/parents sims both have the aspiration to have 10 kids. I have been trying to have as many kids in the house that I can handle at one time. Which is about 5 or 6. The problem is this. I have one baby at the moment, and mom is pregnant again. The baby is scheduled to grow up and the mother is automatically prompted to go "help with birthday", except the baby NEVER grows up. The Mom is the only one who is prompted to do so and sense she is pregnant she runs low on energy and gets hungry faster this "help with birthday" prompt is hurting her. She can't ever get more than an hour of sleep because she is woken up by the prompt. What can I do? UPDATE: Also wanted to add that the aging is turned on, and everyone else in the house is aging, except baby. I have tried clicking on the baby and commanding that it grow up but nothing happens after that.
I guess you've got the birthday cake and it's on the counter with nothing blocking it. But it doesn't have to be the Mom, even if she's the one getting the message. Are there any other adults around? If you choose another adult and click on the cake I would think he or she would be offered the option to bring baby to cake.
LOL I took the baby to the cake and it totally worked! Thanks... I just don't know why I didn't think of that...
