My sims can't have a conversation...

Well... My problem is quite simple, as stated in the title. As soon as I try to interact with another sim by clicking on 'chat' they just , literaly, can't talk. The biggest problem is that ,for example, if there are two sims eating at the same table, if one sim has this bug, they can't talk, and they get sort of thrown from the table. Same problem with hot tub, relaxing on the bed, watching TV... As long as that includes conversation, if a Sim that has this problem is present, they can't do anything and they are like ejected from where they were.
Where it gets even worse is that if I invite the headmaster and that a 'problematic' ( let's say ;o ) sim talks to him, he just disappears ! And it's impossible to invite him again after that .
The bad thing too is that this bug is like a contagious disease, if one sim has it, his kids / neighbourhood / whatever are most likely to get it too .

Does anyone has an idea of what I could do ? Because it's getting **** annoying.

That's the "Jump Bug". Download the latest patch for your game.
