Any way of making pregnancies go faster? Is there a way of making a sim give birth before the 3 days are over? Like is there a cheat or something? Just wondering 'cause right now I'm dealing with a pregnancy that never seems to end!
Also, use the Tombstone of Life and Death. Make sure your pregnant Sim is selected, then click on the Tombstone of L and D. There should be an option for "Speed up my Pregnancy" somewhere on that list. That makes her go through the next stages all within the same day, it's pretty fast.
Downloading the hack Mirelly mentioned turns out to be the best thing I've ever downloaded! It's the answer to all my problems! *kisses the screen* I love my insiminator. If it wasn't for that Liz would never have given birth to baby Elsa and the story would never have gone on...! So to all of you that are reading this thread and thinking: "Hmm, shall I download the insiminator" I say YES! DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!!!!!! It'll be the best thing you ever download. And it does soo much more than make your sim give birth before the 3 days are over.
LOL The best thing I ever downloaded was a set of specially cleaned neighborhoods with no townies at all. Apparently using the deleteallcharacters cheat makes a horrid mess of the hood and is what can lead to BFBsVFS With these cleaned hoods and Inge's teleporter shrub it is possible to make your own townies. I even made one called Benjamin Long and another called Goopy Gils Carbo ... only I didn't make them so ugly. I just started up a college and the same thing was needed to create the dormies that would be moving in. My teen sim has gone to uni with the townie kids he grew up (when he became a teen, I invited his child friends over and moved them in long enough to age them and then converted them back into townies ... when he went to college I sent some of them as well. I also made a number a dormies so that the 10 room dorm has a nice mixture of new people to meet, and old schoolfriends. The first pic shows from L to R Rain Meadows - sitting (Dormie); Shania Casey (former Townie); Brenda London (former paper girl); Druse Walker - sitting (Dormie); Leo Devlin (playable); Amanda Casey - sister of Shania, also a former townie, now the playable girlfriend of leo ... though Druse might have something to say about that in the future. The goddess hasn't decided yet. The second pic shows the 8 sims, before I converted them to townies (dormies). The empty hoods are by SaraMK and available from MATY, where there is also an excellent tutorial, by Jordi, for using them.
