need help with pets I got from EA LINK! Ok here it is... When I downloaded pets for sims 2 from EA LInk I go to install it and it brings me to the screen and asks what language and then goes to a box that has the warning about backing up your previous game.. blah blah... I click yes to go on with the installation and then nothing happens... What do I do to fix this. I found where it installed it on my pc.. I mean the downloaded files... But why won't it load. I think that with EA LINK files you need to be online when the process is running so that it can verify that the process is running on the computer you downloaded it to ... this is to stop people from downloading the game once and then sharing it around with their friends and neighbours.
I am online when I go to run it. I just have no idea why the game isn't working.. I pc is a year old and should have everything these games need... I have the sims 2, Nightlife, UV, and family fun.. now just want to do pets but might look like I just wasted 30 bucks! If I can sell this somehow then I can just go buy sims stories pets I guess... grrrr
