Troubleshooting can't use bodyshop?!

can't use bodyshop?!

:(long story short, i cannot run bodyshop.

when i click it, it says that an arror has occured and that it will stop running sims 2 bodyshop

...it used to work just fine, but now...

Downloaded anything recently that could spaz your game up?

 

i've downloaded some things, but i doubt they'll mess anything up...

but is there any way to check?

 

What expansions do you have? You need the Body Shop associated with the latest expansion. Look in the Start menu.

 

i have pets and seasons so far.

 

Sayaka--how are you starting Body Shop? From a shortcut on your desktop? Every time you update the game with a new EP or Stuff Pack, you need to start the game from the Start Menu.

Go to Start--Then Programs-- EA Games-- The Sims 2 Seasons--and there will be a new shortcut for Bodyshop. You can start it from there or drag it to your desktop.

This is, of course, assuming you're using Windows. If you're using a Mac, then I don't know. . .

i think it's working now...
like you said, i clicked it from the seasons file.
