E3 has hit, and spore is hitting harder FINALLY, yes it has come and the presentation demo Will made was amazing!!! The games creature design far exceds anything that I had expected... and yes It did not seem complicated at all!! Sooo... arty: arty: arty: Well now that I have that out of my system, this game seems to be on its way with no kinks.... Knock on wood ladies and gentlemen, ITS HERE!!!
Meh, as long as it is coming, I'm happy! Spore's really got quite a share of the E3 time, hasn't it? Great to actually have news rolling in on the home page, livens up the site a little (even if the forum's surprisingly slow considering its position sat amidst the hype...)
Well, there was the glitch with the Robin Williams creature, but I'm not sure if he was trying to acess something that they quite havn't finished working on yet. I was actually happy to see the glitch however, just as proof that this wasn't all some pre planned movie. I love the simplicity of everything, and although I think the 'card' thing that they have come up with is a little pokemon-ish, I think it will probably be a great way to keep track of all the different things on all the millions of worlds we will all want to visit ala Anakin Skywalker lol. PSpore
I hope that it doesn't come out this year... Because then you would expect to see sloppiness, bugs, and lots of crap. April of next year makes sense. :spin:
Well, for April next year, I'm expecting a really good release. Obviously there will be bugs/flaws but only a minimal amount is wanted. I wouldn't be impressed if I had to spend time patching a game only to find that one of the 'glitches' in the game was fixed, and my creature can no-longer do what I want to to... We all know this happens! :grumpy:
There are 2 kinds of video games. Rush jobs (ala any movie based games which are for the masses to buy, play once, and then shelve). and then there are the ones like The Sims, and Spore. Which are for cult fanatics, like ourselves.
