    Which microbe?

I didn't see this topic anywhere so...what type of microbal creature do you want? Don't think of which creature, put that aside for now.

Mine..I want it to have some spikes on the sides and a little fin on the back. And a mouth on the front. Then maybe a bit later extend the spikes on two sides and add more fins to those 2 arms.

The problem is, we don't really know much about the features of the microbal game..everyone's obsessed with the creature phase and space phase, and they forget about the rest of the game.

Hey, you're right, this isn't something we've been thinking about here.

I'd want mine to be fast. With a few spikes on the front of something.

But it's too hard to really say because we don't know much about it.

Well, fast, with... spikes. And... more spikes. With... spikes?

Most of us don't know much about it, and I just don't know much as it is, so I don't have a very varied microbe to offer you.

I want a big slow one, like a tank. Just run over stuff and absorb it.

Ok, so, let's look at this image.

The one on top seems to be jaws...
The one second to the bottom seems to be spikes.
The top one in the middle section looks like flagella (tail things used for movement)
Bottom one in the middle section seems to be cilia. (tiny little things used for movement.)

I think i figured something out. The top section is for eating upgrades. Middle is for movement. Bottom is weaponry/defense.

edit:There are tiny icons next to each section with pics, probably portraying what that section is for.

re-edit: For those that don't know what cilia are, I copied this from Wikipedia.
Cilia are extensions of the plasma membrane containing doublets of parallel microtubules. They are approximately 5 to 10 micrometres in length. There are two types of cilia: (1) motile cilium, which constantly beats in one direction, and (2) non-motile cilium, which cannot beat and usually serves as a sensor.

About 12 minutes and 45 seconds in he talks about the features of the microbe editor thing.

The top of the weapons looks to be a type of stinger of sorts, like on a Jellyfish. I would take some of those and use them like grappling hooks/harpoons and drag my prey to me

A very bad drawn example of my microbe...

On its back, it has 3 tail like fins, on the side 4 long claw like... things...
It has 2 "spiked" eyes and a very strong horn on the top.
