    Can we use others' crations?

By others, I mean like Monsters Inc., H.P. Lovecraft, etc. I would accept no money, give credit if the library has a space for that, and assume the copyright holder can remove it from the library at any time.

that, is a tricky question. There are many arguements as to how that will pan out. I suggest heading over to gaming steve to see what the latest news on that is.

The company has no control over what you make so if you made a creature from a movie or something. They cannot remove it, because you made and they would be taking candy from a baby.

I don't think any companies would be sueing you for a creature you made in a game.

    Perfect Example:

I was browsing the Sims 2 exchange about 15 minutes ago and I saw many kinds of sims, anywhere from Leela on Futurama to Walker Texas Ranger.

So I think creating Mike Wasowski wouldn't hurt :spin:
