    Deleting objects

I have a question, if I delete the custom content in my game itself, will it also be removed from the 'downloads' folder? Because I would like to clear some things in the folder but I hadnt renamed some of them when I downloaded them resulting in me not knowing what some objects are :(

    Thanks in advance :D

it depends, what you mean by "deleted in game."
If you delete s/th out of a lot with the DEL key it's still in your harddrive and catalog
If you mark s/th in CAS or Bodyshop and click on the Garbage pail it's gonna be deleted for good off your computer

Well I noticed in the game, the 'buy mode' there's also a lil trashbin there (there is right?), so my question is, if I clicked the item and then the bin, will it delete the package file from my downloads folder? Meaning the mesh and the recolours too?

Because some objects I have, have recolours made by different people ... I hope you get what I mean, Im even confusing myself

    Thanks in advance again :D

I have nothing to delete right now, to confirm that 100% but I don't recall ever seeing again any items I deleted so far.
But one thing is for certain: if you mark and delete a recolor, the mesh for that item won't be deleted automatically.
(Think about it...you downloaded a new couch with some nice recolors and one nasty one like hot pink or so :D.
If deleting the unwanted color would also get rid of the mesh, all other recolors would be rendered useless)
so no...you can't expect the meshes being deleted also.
That's something you have to do manually in your Downloads folder

So if assuming in the game I selected the object, which means mesh of the object, all the recolours will be deleted right? or do I have to manually delete the recolours then the objecT? Because my 'downloads' folder is exploding lol

If you delete the mesh, the recolors are still there (they just don't show in your game anymore)
So you have to manually delete them.
Try Delphy's Download Organiser (he really spelled it that way :D
It's a great help in Organizing Downloads and delete Doubles and to some degree to get rid of orphans (just be careful not to delete the found orphans right away but move them out of the game first...the program has a tendency to declare good files as orphans sometimes)
