need help! sims 2 crashes with error message everytime i load sims 2 it will load past the ea games, past the little intro advert thingy, then to the main loading screen with the bars across the top. all is well untill this point. it stops and a windows error message tells me that the "application has crashed." natrually i checked my sims 2 booklet for help and it suggested that i upgrade my drivers because of the directx yadayada. problem a) i have no idea how to do this problem b) will it really work? any feedback would be appreciated =] thank you
PLEASE ignore that... i feel ever so silly... found exactly the same thread as soon as i posted. sorry :(
i know this in in another thead but updating drivers helps for a little while but it eventually reverts back to the crashing.
