Seasons Custom content so i just installed Seasons on my mac and it works great, except i can't see my custom content, it shows up blue in the game and its no where to be found in buy/build mode. I've checked enable content and done the whole clicking on the Cog looking thing, i guess its game settings, everything is enabled. and i downloaded the patch... I dont know what else to do. Anyone have any advice?? *EDIT* i didn't realize the 2nd custom content option had to be OFF, so i did that, and i saved the game, but it doesn't save that setting, the screen to enable and disable custom content STILL pops up! and of course it pops up as disabled...what doo it do?
um ... two things. First you need the new CEP: http://sims.ambertation.de/en/cep/ Also it sounds like you are disabling custom content by mistake. If the little circle next to Enable is empty fill it with a click then exit the game and restart it. Ignore the custom content dialogue screen and just play the game. If you have the new CEP your custom content should not be blue. To avoid seeing the custom content dialogue screen, check the options in the option menu (it's the three dots button ... ).
okay i downloaded that, didnt do anything. the thing is that whenever the game starts it automatically disabled custom content and the i press enable and it doesnt do anything and then i turn it on, and i make it so that the screen wnt pop up when i restart hte game, and it doesnt stay that way, once i restart it its all disabled again, i dont see any of my custom content in the buid/buy mode and all the custom content in the house is all blue and flashes when i save the game...this sucks. idk waht to do.
