Minimize Sims 2?

Minimize Sims 2?

Is there a way to minimize the Sims 2 game to get back to your desktop? I know the option existed in Sims for the PC and Mac and it's also available in Sim City. Just curious if it's available for Sims 2.

You can either hold down the "ALT" & "TAB" key to switch out of the program (which minimizes it) or you can run the game in window mode (on your desktop icon, right click, properties, and add -w in the target line. Example: "E:\The Sims 2 Bon Voyage\TSBin\Sims2EP6.exe" -w)

 

Also, you can hold down the Command Key (the Apple Key) and press H to Hide the game, and then just go back to it later. Just make sure you save before doing that, just in case...
