Weird Sims Issue-Help! This is an odd issue but for some reason it is plaguing my Sims 2 Deluxe, and Sims Castaway. For some reason my Hand tool isn't working, when I try and select an object it will never actually show up in the hand. The hand tool just stays closed, it is so frustrating! I had this problem in Sims 2 Deluxe so I was not able to play it anymore....I was pretty shocked when I bought the Castaway version and had the same issue. Any thoughts out there?
You might want to try uninstalling and re-installing. Sometimes that will get rid of glitches like that. I don't know what to say about Castaways, though, as I don't deal with that game at all.
also check main sims2 (for doubledelux) and see if there is a patch that will help. Don't know if EA has patches for castaway.
