Howdy all I come to this forum with a sense of wonder. A wonder that has me asking if there is anyone I may know. See below for more about that. I wonder if there is anything I may be able to contribute after not playing any of the Sim games that I used to for so long. I wonder if I'll be accepted at the age of 44 for enjoying what has been a predominantly teen genre. I have played- The Sims (Original and prob'ly the 1st expansion) Sim City 3000 Spore Creature Creator and SimCity Societies. I was a frquent visitor to the SC3K chat when it was still a chat and not a BBS. I made many friends in those rooms. Some if not all of us have moved on in our lives. I return to this board in the hope that I can help as well as learn
Sorry I wasn't there at the time but I'll welcome you back to the forums. Don't feel bad about playing those types of games as I still play Sims 2 and other pc games and I'm 44 also!
I don't feel bad for playing them. It's just a bit unusual to be my (our) age and play. Tho SimMasterFran/MayorFran plays/ed them.
I don't find it unusual at all ! Why should all these young whippersnappers have all the fun! :rotfl: I know I can say I have no life at all and I might as well do something with it besides going out and getting drunk or stoned every weekend. Besides soiltaire on the computer gets boring after so long!
