download folder i went to go and download stuff from www.thesimsresource.com and when i finished unzipping it i went into my EA folder, then the sims 2 folder and there was no downloads folder. i have the sims 2 game on my laptop with a downloads folder, but there doesnt seem to be on one my desktop computer. help?
You can create one by downloading a simspack and installing it or just simply going into the folder and making your own by right mouse clicking and choose new...folder. You might wanna make sure you name it Downloads with a capital D.
i did the same thing, you went to the wrong place. you have to go to: my documents then it should say ea games, then you click on that, and it should have all the sims games you have on your computer. then you click one, and there SHOULD be a download folder there. good luck.
