Help installing TS Nightlife...PLEASE Its driving me crazy, honestly TS NIGHTLIFE is by far my favorite expansion, but i cant install it, some one help please. Every Time i go to install it it gets to about 44% and then read : 'TSData\Res\Sound\Sfx1.package', what does this mean and what can i do to fix it, somebody message me immediately please
Usually an error like this means that the data wasn't copied over from the cd . There could several reasons why it won't work. Usually scratches or smears on the disk could cause the problem you're having as well as a faulty disk, cd rom player going bad, the laser lens in the player being dirty, etc etc. You might go over to Ea's website and look through their support files about transfer errors.
Find your self a good disk resurfacer (scratch remover) and it should help. If not try a laser lens cleaner for a cd player.
