Making a House Below Ground I'm kinda new to buildng and i saw this picture on the top of the page (the link won't show but it's http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/V1ND1CARE/Underground/Underground_V.jpg ) I'd like to make something like it but don't know where to start since i've never seen anything like it. The ground is above the building. i'm hoping that someone knows? (i've already contacted the builder but havnt heard anythng back. )
To do what V1nd1care has done here requires a pretty good understanding of the use of the cheat code boolprop constrainfloorelevation false. If you go to to Mod The Sim2 or The Sims Resource and look in their tutorials section you should be able to a few tutorials dealing with this. The cheat's also called the CFE cheat too. Mikeinside has a pretty good tutorial at MTS2 but basically it just requires a lot of practice and patience to get a few things right!
your right swmeek! i thought that she did it with a cheat or the pool tool thing.she just uploadd that cave house in her pictres and says it was done only with the cfe cheat. i don't know how yet but now i can download it and see how it was done. (i hope)anyway, thanks again for ponting me in the right direction!
Not a problem but remember you'll more than likely jerk out a few hairs out of your head before you master the process as it can be a pain in the rump some times!
