iPhone 3.0 Expectations? So what do you expect Apple to tout tomorrow during the Apple iPhone 3.0 release? New model? Thinner design? Stronger screen?
Won't happen. Historically, Apple updates the software in March and the phone in the summer. Whether that trend continues, I don't know... but that's what happened in the past. As far as I can tell, anyway. Take what I say with a grain of salt.
I want Apple to get off their butts and enable Flash on the Iphone, as well as MMS messaging (the entering the name/password to see a message on AT&T is annoying as &$#*), true video recording software (jailbreak has it, why can't the App store get it), and a few other odds and ends.
I wouldn't say that. Having a mobile, easy-to-use internet browser would be invaluable to me--I work with them often and I think they're pretty well supported, easily customizable, and very integrated with your digital life. Although, I do agree on MMS and multitasking. Now the only problem I have is the iPhone update will be free for iPhone users, but we iPod touch users will have to pay something like $10. That's how it went in the past. I just refuse to buy an iPhone before I get a new car
You are the only one who has one. Unfortunately, I got another phone from AT&T before I figured out just how much I liked the iPhone, so I'm sort of locked in with that... or else I have to pay the full upgrade price. No way!

Seems like when I was at my buddy's house he said something like in the $125 - $150 range which is better than around $300 any day. They have them for sale on Ebay ( if you can imagine that :rotfl: :ducks: ) and I know there are videos about them om Youtube.
