I have a sims 3 problem I have had sims 3 for a while and i have installed it i have been playing on it and now suddenly my computer can not read the disk can some one help me please????
Try cleaning the disc and perhaps even using one of the scratch remover kits. Sometimes small scratches or debris can keep a disc from being read.
Yeah theres that as well as check your CD or DVD drive. If still dose not work you could try one of those no CD patches. I had to do that with one of my games I accidently sat on the disk
I also have a sims 3 problem Every time i play sims 3 my computer freezes i have tested the cd drive with other games and have had no problem. is it the soft ware?????
If it's freezing when you try to play then more than likely your computer does not meet the minimum specs required to run it. What operating system are you using? Read this thread on this link and follow the instructions on how to check and see if your computer meets the requirements.
