Sims 3 won't play on new laptop Hi I am new to this please help me ,I have bought my daughter a new laptop together with the sims 3.I have installed the game and when we get to create a sim it freezes and the cursor is still loading.It stays like that and I then have to switch off the laptop.It has windows 7 and i don't know how to check my computer's requirements.
Post a dxdiag please. When the game freezes, do a Ctrl + Alt + Del, see if the application is still responding or not.
