Buzz is like Twitter and has elements of Facebook, but powered and owned by Google.

It isn't bad. It's just a pain. It totally lacks security and privacy features.

I tried that out -- meaning Google Buzz -- and it's like below my expectations. Unlike Twitter that lets anyone tweet on any topic (provided you have your own email address), Google Buzz is technically available only for Gmail users for now, and structure-wise, it's not good enough to become my next Twitter :p I'll wait until it fully develops.
