I suspect this is your problem as the driver is over 5 years old. Go here - http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownlo...px?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.13&lang=English and download the driver. (option 1) You will need to uninstall the old driver first before you can install this one. If this is a laptop you will need to go to Dell's website and download the driver for your laptop there.
