Cleanest sewer I've ever seen. Looks like a storm water drain, I've seen them do that before. Very funny, not for the owner of the car though.
I agree that it's most likely a storm drain. Probably had a flash flood nearby (or a water main break.)
The power of water. (They use it in jet form to etch metal so you know it must be powerful under certain circumstances.)
