Can't seem to be able to download the mod for some reason :s But the mod looks great and very useful.

Yes, still get Download not available. I have no idea whether I need to make certain amount of posts on a forum or do something, but I can't download anything but my own creations.

Just extract it from the zip file to this folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo\Mods

 

Awesome mod, what programs do you guys use? I tried to use Paint Tool Sai but there's still some green lines around my sims.
