kind of a dumb question....

kind of a dumb question....

This is about the Sims Unleashed game.............are there some breeds (of the animals dogs/cats) that are easier to get along with than others......? I dunno, i noticed some small differences.....i wish i could adjust what kind of dog i'm going to end up with. Poodles seem all nice and smart, and easy to get along with, but i hate poodles.........lol

 

I haven't played the game enough to see any predictable variations in dog breed relating to personality... or is that purrrr-sonality... I'm waiting for my new computer next year to be able to play at normal speeds!! Maybe if you like the poodle personality but don't like poodles, you could try messing around with the skins to label one for a poodle, only have it actually have the coloration etc. of the dog breed you like!!

 

i wish.....heh, i don't know how to mess around with skins. If i did, i'd be making all kinds of new stuff

 

ah ok I haven't messed with the pets at all yet as far as skins go... I may take a look and see if I can experiment... which breed of dog DO you like?

Oh, and don't be afraid to ask the "stupid" questions! I do that ALL the time and that's how I LEARN stuff!! :whitekitty:

 

I'm not sure yet...teehee......i just got the game not too long ago so i'm still in the experimenting stages. But i like the breeds that aren't small fluffy things that yip, and look like giant hairballs, or throw rugs.

 

ah -ha! So maybe the larger breeds like retrivers or shepherds?

The pets seem so similar, they'd have to have some personality, BUT unleashed is wrapped under the tree. I haven't played it yet. Border collies, german shepards and black labs in that order, would be a true gift for me.

 

all the dogs seem to be the same size, so they all like mini versions of the breeds.

 

perhaps, i'd like to see some large breeds. like the old english sheepdog, the bull mastiff, etc.

 

I need to know where to find a mesh editing program so I can start making meshes!! Anyone have a link??!!!

(note.. this will mean I can make more skins look like I wanted them to.... ....)

 

Actually...isnt it just due to the personality points?

 

oooh I suppose if you knew what you were doing and had the right program (right now I'm not sure WHAT all I just got!! ) you could just adjust their niceness, neatness, etc. hmmmmm..... I think you're right lew!! I was making it hard....
