I kind of wanted to see that movie, guess I'll wait till it's out on dvd and maybe we'll rent it from the movie jar money.... It'll count as my "chick flick"
I don't enjoy most... but I'm afraid to DO enjoy some.... I'm a sucker for the comedy half of "romantic comedy" movies!
There are a lot of sayings and such that get formed that no one else but the ones involved know about unless someone tells them about it. We had our own language, not the old cb codes or slang, that we used all the time, but others didn't know what we were talking about but the ones involved. Billie and I were the worst about it, we had some of our own language that really only she and I knew about. :classic: We had a way of telling each other things so that only the two of us knew what the other was talking about. So, in a way, we could have somewhat private conversations on a public band cb. That is what made it a lot of fun to use. :classic:
Yes, this thread IS about donations! ... got sidetracked when talking about Alabama expressions led to talking about the movie Sweet Home Alabama... you know how it goes here!! oops! So we'll try to talk only about donations again now!!! *halo*
pretty much broke....back to the movies....anyway, my friends are gonna take me to tha movies tomorrow to watch maid in manhattan...anyone seen it?
